  • You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

     

    • Unused

    • In their original packaging

    • In resellable condition

     

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@yourstore.comAttachment.tiff with your order number.

 


 

💸 Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

 


We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

 

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

 


We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund if the product is deemed faulty.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
